What you are actually paying for.
The free plan gives you the general viewing list — the same one everybody gets. General lists are all over the internet and this one is no better than the rest of them.
What is worth something is that a top-floor flat and a ground-floor extension are not the same problem. Paying gets you the route for the kind of building you described, the split into what is above you and below you inside each room, the list of things you will not be able to see today with the question that replaces each one, and the pocket version you can actually hold up while you are standing in the place.
It is a small amount of money against a very large decision, which is the only honest argument for it.

Billing, plainly
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT at 20%.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- There is no free trial and no introductory price, so nothing switches from one rate to another.
- Cancelling takes two clicks in your billing page. We will never ask you to telephone or email us to do it.
- An allowance resets at the start of each period. Unused allowance does not carry over.
- An allowance is a service usage allowance. It is not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable.
- There is no credit pack and no top-up to buy.
- Payments appear on your statement as LOOKFOR.
Card payments are handled entirely by an external payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Card numbers are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, and the whole site is served over HTTPS.

Two things no plan will ever include.
This does not do valuations and has no market data. It only tells you what to look at while you are in the property.
Anything along these lines needs a qualified surveyor to look at the property. A viewing cannot answer it and neither can this.
